PROJECT MANAGER
Connor Koster
Connor has been with us since he was 16, working part-time during the summer holidays in high school and university as a labourer and lead hand. When he graduated, he made the decision to join us as a full-time foreman. His love of hard work and hardscaping, as well as his excellent customer relations, led him to the position he is in today, our project manager. Now in his 9th year with the company, he continues to put clients first, making sure every project is executed in an organized and timely fashion and ensuring the work exceeds clients’ expectations.
Sam Koster

Samuel is a highly experienced foreman, having been a foreman with Creo for three years. He started working with us as a labourer and quickly advanced to foreman after demonstrating his passion for the craft. He is a skilled leader and works efficiently to get projects done on time. Sam’s passion is stone masonry, and it shows in his beautiful work. At the end of the day, he takes great pride in being a key part in the creation of beautiful landscapes.
Ben Grit
FOREMAN
Ben has become a key component of our construction department. His cheerful attitude and great sense of humour have made him an asset on-site where the pressure can be high. He loves operating machinery, and he takes great pride in making our clients’ properties beautiful. Ben makes it his mission to treat every project like it’s his own. He gets along with everyone and always has a kind word for the people he works with. Ben enjoys plants and immersing himself in nature, so landscaping comes naturally to him.
John Koster
FOREMAN
John is a prime example of hard work meeting extreme precision. He has an eye for the details, always going above and beyond clients’ expectations. He’s carved out a niche for himself at Creo with his precision, he’s a trusted foreman and capable of accomplishing any fine detail work that we have to offer. John has been trained in-house, and he puts out some very nice work while answering any of our client’s questions along the way. John works hard to ensure customer satisfaction and enjoys seeing a job from start to finish.

WE ENJOYED WORKING WITH CREO CONCEPTS TO DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT A LARGE SCALE, 3-PART PROJECT. ADAM FLACH PROVIDED KNOWLEDGEABLE GUIDANCE ON MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES. Sam, John, and Connor are all experienced with masonry and concrete so the result was precise and exactly as expected. The cut-stone surface on the porch is very attractive with the stone shapes and colours proportionate and balanced. The soldiering along the driveway is perfectly straight and symmetrical. The large armor stone planter was laid exactly as requested, as was the walkway along the side of the house. We are very pleased with the outcome and sincerely enjoyed working with all the staff at Creo Concepts.
