Adam started creo concepts in 2010 with a passion for creating gardens and outdoor spaces that accentuate the home. Adam has created a brand synonymous with quality and craftsmanship and has scaled his business substantially. As a graduate of the landscape design program, design is very important to him. His love for architecture and the outdoors is evident in his designs, and his professionalism instills confidence in his clients.
Feikje has a love for plants and gardening and is the friendly voice on the phone when clients call the office. She is knowledgeable and helpful and will get you scheduled with a consultation or help with general inquiries.
Connor has been with us since he was 16, working part-time during the summer holidays in high school and university as a labourer and lead hand. When he graduated, he made the decision to join us as a full-time foreman. His love of hard work and hardscaping, as well as his excellent customer relations, led him to the position he is in today, our project manager. Now in his 9th year with the company, he continues to put clients first, making sure every project is executed in an organized and timely fashion and ensuring the work exceeds clients’ expectations.
Alison is a twice graduate of the University of Guelph with a B.Sc. in biological science and a masters in landscape architecture. Before refocusing her career on landscape design in 2013, Alison worked as an interpretive biologist in various parks across Ontario, where she helped inform and connect people to the natural world. She now uses her passion for the outdoors and extensive knowledge of Ontario’s natural history to help develop landscape designs that are low maintenance, user-friendly, and encourage people to spend more time outside. Alison’s special interests include developing low-impact, sustainable landscape designs (such as rain gardens, food forests, wildlife gardens, natural play spaces, and pollinator-friendly plantings) and connecting people with nature. She’d love to talk to you about plants, animals, and the landscape design that would be right for you.
Samuel is a highly experienced foreman, having been a foreman with Creo for three years. He started working with us as a labourer and quickly advanced to foreman after demonstrating his passion for the craft. He is a skilled leader and works efficiently to get projects done on time. Sam’s passion is stone masonry, and it shows in his beautiful work. At the end of the day, he takes great pride in being a key part in the creation of beautiful landscapes.
Ben has become a key component of our construction department. His cheerful attitude and great sense of humour have made him an asset on-site where the pressure can be high. He loves operating machinery, and he takes great pride in making our clients’ properties beautiful. Ben makes it his mission to treat every project like it’s his own. He gets along with everyone and always has a kind word for the people he works with. Ben enjoys plants and immersing himself in nature, so landscaping comes naturally to him.
John is a prime example of hard work meeting extreme precision. He has an eye for the details, always going above and beyond clients’ expectations. He’s carved out a niche for himself at Creo with his precision, he’s a trusted foreman and capable of accomplishing any fine detail work that we have to offer. John has been trained in-house, and he puts out some very nice work while answering any of our client’s questions along the way. John works hard to ensure customer satisfaction and enjoys seeing a job from start to finish.
Christian is another Creo development success story. He started at the bottom as a labourer and rapidly progressed to his position as foreman. His work ethic and attention to detail are key to Creo’s success. Christian works diligently to make every project his best and never shies away from a challenge. Christian loves every aspect of landscape construction, which is evident in his demeanour.
Cam is one of our longest-tenured employees. His hardscaping and carpentry skills are an incredible asset to Creo, and he is definitely the most widely trained employee as well, having received training in hvac, gas fitting, carpentry, and landscaping. He recently has taken on another role alongside our office staff, doing estimates part-time to keep up with demand. His unwavering professionalism and commitment to a clean, organized work environment keeps the rest of us at Creo as neat as he is.

Sam, John, and Connor are all experienced with masonry and concrete so the result was precise and exactly as expected. The cut-stone surface on the porch is very attractive with the stone shapes and colours proportionate and balanced. The soldiering along the driveway is perfectly straight and symmetrical. The large armor stone planter was laid exactly as requested, as was the walkway along the side of the house. We are very pleased with the outcome and sincerely enjoyed working with all the staff at Creo Concepts.
